Shipping & Delivery

We deliver within Mumbai and neighbouring serviceable pincodes

Missed Deliveries

If you're unavailable to receive a delivery, [policy — e.g. we'll attempt redelivery the next scheduled day, or you can flag it in advance via My Subscriptions — confirm with Galactica]. Repeated missed deliveries on a one-time order may result in the order being cancelled and the amount credited back to your wallet.

Wallet Refunds

Galactica operates on a prepaid wallet — you top up in advance, and deliveries are debited automatically
If an order is cancelled after payment (for example, a missed or faulty delivery), the amount is automatically credited back to your wallet
Your Galactica wallet holds store credit for your orders. It can't be used as cash, withdrawn to a bank at will, or transferred to anyone else. If you'd like a refund of your unused balance to your original payment method, email us at wecare@galactica.org.in or message us on WhatsApp and we'll process it.

Failed or Duplicate Payments

If a wallet top-up payment is deducted but not reflected in your wallet within 24 hours, contact wecare@galactica.org.in or 9920799307 with your payment reference.

Quality Issues

As our products are fresh and perishable, we don't offer traditional returns. If a delivery arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, report it within [e.g. 24 hours] of delivery to wecare@galactica.org.in for a wallet credit or replacement.
